On this site you can find documents and results, that are worked out by the projects partners and include national sectorreports and analysis as well as case studies and advices for stakeholders of the second hand business in Europe.

You will find and can download brochures about all of our products while the project is going on. All texts will be written in English but there are available country specific texts in the particular languages through the partners in most cases as well.

2.1 Instrument to identify the need of qualification

The instrument is used to identify and evaluate the need of qualification of employees in the second hand sector. It includes a guideline including nine questionnaires (work focuses and work areas) and an analysis tool for analysing and evaluating the results.

2.4 Proposal for quality standards

Summarisation of work-process-related quality standards that are needed for the implementation of the tested and transferred qualification modules. The quality factors for the qualification are divided into input, process and output factors and describe the framework for the implementation of a sector-specific qualification.

2.5 Guideline with proposals for network development for a sustainable use of the products

The guideline provides information on the actual distribution of the products on a national and transnational basis and includes proposals for the sustainable implementation of a sectorspecific qualification on a national level for each individual partner country.

2.6 Instrument for quality check of qualification measures

The instrument is used to evaluate the quality of qualification measures by the stakeholders. It based on the quality standards that were developed in the project. The instrument includes a guideline, evaluation questionnaires, as well as an analysis tool for analysing and evaluating the results.
